Opaska nadaje sygnał do lekarza, kiedy ważne parametry życiowe sięgają krytycznych oznaczeń. Także, produkt podaje sygnał, kiedy człowiek upadnie. Pierwszym etapem jest wdrążenie opaski w szpitalach. Projekt pilotażowy już wkrótce będzie uruchomiony w Mazowieckim Szpitalu Wojewódzkim im. św. Jana Pawła II w Siedlcach. Armbands that can save lives
The new 'Opaska Życia’ project is launched by the PZU Group, an insurance company, together with the Ministry of Health, according to the serwis Puls Biznesu. According to estimates, technological novelty will help in critical situations when there is a threat to the patient’s life.
An innovative armband is put on the wrist. The device’s task is to monitor pulse, body temperature and oxygen saturation. The armband gives a signal to the doctor when important vital signs reach critical markings. Also, the product gives a signal when a person falls. In situations where the patient’s life is in danger, the device sounds audibly so that people and nearby people pay attention to the situation.
The first stage is the implementation of the device in hospitals. The pilot project will soon be launched at the Mazowieckie Voivodship Hospital of St. John Paul II in Siedlce. The next step is to enable taking the device to home, which is to improve care for the elderly, according to the serwis Puls Medycyny.
