The medical facility in Michałowo received examination equipment to breast Braster
The municipality of Michałowo purchased a Braster medical device for the Family Institute. Free tests were funded for the residents of the municipality, reports the service Kurier Poranny.
Braster is a modern telemedicine device. Only trained medical personnel may use it. The equipment costs about 3.5 thousand PLN. Braster does not detect breast cancer, it only indicates alarming changes in the body. As a result, the doctor recommends for further tests, which allows detecting cancer at an early stage.
„I dreamed about such a device. This is new. There are three such devices in Podlasie, and this is the first in Poland purchased by the municipality. It captures warmer places in the breast, scans and sends data to Warsaw by phone, where it is evaluated, and the result is obtained within a few minutes. If there is any doubt, the study is evaluated by the oncologist and within 24 hours we receive information by email” – says the founder of the Family Institute Magdalena Jurczuk, informs the service Kurier Poranny.

Gmina Michałowo zakupiła urządzenie medyczne Braster dla Instytutu Rodziny. Mieszkankom gminy ufundowano bezpłatne badania, podaje serwis Kurier Poranny.
Braster to nowoczesne telemedyczne urządzenie. Korzystać z niego może tylko przeszkolony medyczny personel. Urządzenie kosztuje około 3,5 tys. złotych. Braster nie wykrywa raka piersi, tylko wskazuje na niepokojące zmiany w organizmie. W wyniku czego lekarz zaleca do kolejnych badań, co pozwala wykryć rak na wczesnym etapie.
” Marzyłam o takim aparacie. To nowość. Na Podlasiu są trzy takie urządzenia, a to jest pierwsze w Polsce, zakupione przez gminę. Wychwytuje cieplejsze miejsca w piersi, skanuje i telefonicznie wysyła dane do Warszawy, gdzie są oceniane, a wynik mamy w ciągu kilku minut. Jeśli jest jakaś wątpliwość, badanie ocenia onkolog i w ciągu 24 godzin otrzymujemy informację na maila” – mówi założycielka Instytutu Rodziny Magdalena Jurczuk, informuje serwis Kurier Poranny.
